Suggestions for Happiness

  • Stop being a spectator in life. Participate.
  • Be guilt free.  Accept yourself and all your quirks. Give yourself permission to live.
  • When blue take time off to rest and pause.
  • What is your comfort space? Step beyond it then beyond that.
  • Take time to give yourself gratification.
  • Don’t be afraid to try new things.
  • Playtime insert into your life often.

Practice these often, they will be a part of your life. Life is what you make it.
