On this day May 17 via M.R.

True blue statistically mesmerized hockey fans will no doubt be able to regurgitate play by play this night in 1971 on the occasion of the Montreal Canadiens beating the Chicago Black Hawks 4 games to 3 to take the Stanley Cup.

That was back in the days when the hockey season finished before the occasion of the summer solstice.

There might even be a few who are looking forward to a reprise someday.

As long as the games do not interfere with your concentration on summer solstice, feel free to cheer!
