Fox Business just rejected our new ad calling out their backwards, sexist coverage of working moms.

In case you haven’t heard, last week, Lou Dobbs and his panel of sexists had a meltdown because more women than ever are their family’s primary breadwinner.1 They basically accused working moms of ruining America and doing permanent damage to their kids. So we scrambled to put together an ad exposing their sexism.

Now Fox is trying to silence us for calling out their offensive coverage. We’re not giving up this fight. We need to get this ad in front of as many eyes as possible, and let folks know that Fox is standing behind Dobbs, Erickson, and Williams and their anti-woman rhetoric. If we can keep the controversy going, Fox will have to respond.

Since you’ve tweeted about important UltraViolet campaigns before, will you tweet at Fox and let them know that this controversy isn’t going away? It makes more of an impact if you write your own tweet, but below are a few ideas to get you started:

.@FoxBusiness can’t handle the truth–that it’s time to #FireDobbs and his sexist panel bit.ly/11iWIG7

Check out the ad @FoxBusiness was too scared to air bit.ly/11iWIG7 #FireDobbs

.@FoxBusiness should learn from CNN: #FireDobbs b4 he embarrasses you w/ more sexist comments bit.ly/11iWIG7

If you want to send your own messages, you can tweet @FoxBusiness. Use the hashtag #FireDobbs so we can retweet you!

Thanks for speaking out,

Nita, Shaunna, Kat, Malinda and Karin, the Ultraviolet team
