Summer Reading Club just got GO-ing

The 2013 SRC kicked off last weekend and we have lots of fun in store with programs that take kids from the Arctic to the desert and everywhere in between. Some highlights include:

  • Polynesian Dance – Experience the music and dances of the islands with Kelika
  • Tololwa Mollel – The award-winning author shares personal stories from his African background
  • Kaybridge Puppets: Andy’s Amazing Adventure! – A magic book takes Andy on an incredible adventure in this puppet show
  • Jungle Journey – Create jungle masks and join in some wild activities
  • Lost Luggage Quest – Go on a scavenger hunt through the library to track down lost luggage

This is only a taste of what we have to offer. Check out our program guide for our full SRC program listings.

If you haven’t yet, grab your kids and head down to your local EPL branch to sign up for SRC – registration is open until August 25.

The Princess Bride – outside and interactive
