Heartwrenching

As food brands around the world demand more and more palm oil, the forests of Southeast Asia are being wiped away, and the world’s last orangutans are losing their homes. Today, there are only about 60,000 orangutans left in the wild. Food companies like Kellogg’s and palm oil traders like Wilmar International can save these creatures by implementing strong deforestation-free purchasing policies, but time is running out.

We all need to spread the word about what’s happening to the orangutans and what food companies like Kellogg’s can do to protect them. Now our friends at the Rainforest Action Network made this incredible video telling the truth about the palm oil industry, and we want to make sure as many people see it as possible.

Check out this heart-wrenching clip. We hope you have some tissues ready.

Thanks for all you do,
